Help shape the book that will change the midlife conversation!

THE ANTIGRAVITY WELLNESS BOOK CLUB

A thoughtful space to read, reflect, and help shape this book before it’s released into the world.

If you’ve ever found yourself awake at 2:17 a.m.

Scrolling. Searching. Trying to figure out what is happening to your body.

If you’ve read medical articles that technically explain things…

but somehow still leave you feeling unseen.

If you’ve thought:

I am not crazy. Something changed.

Why does no one talk about this clearly?

Why does this feel so isolating?

I understand.

And not just as a provider.

As a woman.

As a medical professional, I can read the science all day long. I love it. The physiology. The data. The research.

But I started to notice something.

Most of what’s written about perimenopause and midlife hormone shifts is technically accurate…

and emotionally disconnected.

It explains estrogen pathways.

It lists symptom clusters.

It uses terminology that makes sense in a clinic.

But it doesn’t speak to the woman lying awake at night because she can’t sleep.

The one dragging herself through another day.

The one who’s been told her labs are “normal.”

The one who feels like she’s losing pieces of herself.

It doesn’t speak to the woman who:

Feels dismissed.

Feels disconnected.

Feels like she should be handling this better.

Feels embarrassed to admit she’s struggling.

Feels like she’s been in survival mode for years.

And here’s the truth:

You are not weak.

You are not dramatic.

You are not making this up.

You are not “just stressed.”

Your body is shifting.

And you deserve language that actually reflects that.

That’s why I’m writing this book.

To bridge the gap between science and lived experience.

To validate what women are actually feeling.

To offer context, clarity, and direction — without talking over you.

Before this manuscript goes to print, I’m opening a private Book Club to a small group of women who want early access and the opportunity to offer thoughtful feedback.

Not to critique for the sake of critique.

But to help ensure it truly lands.

You’ll read the manuscript in structured sections.

Reflect at your own pace.

Share what resonated.

Tell me where it didn’t.

Your perspective helps refine the final version before publication.

This book is for women in this exact season.

So it only makes sense that women in this season help shape it.

Your feedback helps ensure:

The tone feels true.

The language feels relatable.

The guidance feels practical.

The message feels validating.

This isn’t about building hype.

It’s about building something honest.

This is a one-time enrollment for this book cycle.

Enrollment will remain open for a limited window, then close while edits are finalized.

Like you were searching alone.

Like you couldn’t quite articulate what was wrong.

Like the medical information didn’t sound like you.

Like you needed someone to connect the dots.

Then this space was created with you in mind.

And if now isn’t the right time, that’s completely okay too.

This book will meet you when it’s meant to.

BONUS: Weekly Live Sessions with Dr. Nicole

Because this is a founding round, I’m adding something I did not originally plan.

For this Book Club cycle only, you’ll receive access to five live Zoom sessions with me during our 6-week experience.

These will be held on Fridays at 12:30 PM (30 minutes, relaxed and conversational).

We’ll skip the first Friday of the month due to in-person clinic.

If we go longer than 30 minutes, we go longer.

If you can’t attend live, you’ll receive the replay.

Inside these sessions, I’ll be sharing:

What it was actually like writing this book
The drafts that never made it
The times I started and stopped
The “Who do I think I am?” moments
How I worked through self-doubt and imposter thoughts
What building something meaningful really requires

And we’ll also use this space for:
Live Q&A about the manuscript
Discussing feedback from the group
Exploring themes that may expand in the final version
Talking through “I wish this was included…” ideas
Real-time conversation about shaping the book

This is not a formal webinar.

It’s a founding circle conversation.

All sessions will be recorded.

You’ll receive lifetime access to the replays and all bonus materials inside the group.
